My External DVD burner has an error code 10 (the device cannot start). What should I do? - external dvd burner firewire
The drive is a Sony DRX-810UL DVD / CD-RW drive that is connected to my computer via FireWire, iLink (6-pin to 4 pin). He recognizes the device but not install. When I checked in Device Manager, said: "This device can not start. (Code 10)" I am running Windows XP operating system on my IBM Thinkpad R52. I have tried to update the drivers, but Windows Update could not find anything. Please help!
