Symptoms Of Old Monitors Problem: Is It My Monitor, Graphical Card Of Something Else?

Problem: Is it my monitor, graphical card of something else? - symptoms of old monitors

In recent weeks I have not oocasionly following problem:
When I start up my computer has, or has taken some time, my monitor occur 1 or more of the following symptoms:
- Monitor suddenly starts to blink, sometimes even to the point where the cut.
- Upgrade your monitor does not always resultsing in the fact that I sometimes see my mouse pointer in some weird colors when I see start IE, I half of my Office and Internet Explorer and a half.
- Sometimes my screen freezes and I have to restart my whole team.
- Even if my refresh rate is set, the screen shows sometimes a kind of discount that is not optimal (it)

Well, if I am in Event Viewer I see anything that increases my suspicion that the problem is my monitor (about 5 / 6 years). However, how often the team is working hard I do a lot (on the average hard drive) if I this problem, I do not know exactly, because it could be my graphics card, not even my mother.

This can be a problem with multiple!.

Ok, try the monitor into another computer to see if it works well, what can be a problem.

Well, if you have a spare connected to the computer and monitor if you're still the same problem (colors and curious shapes, Full-HD) activity when the HD is beginning to function smoothly, but still sees the odd then it is the graphics card.

Ok, let's see ... if the mother had a kind of problem is in one of two things, or the computer will not boot or is about to pop up, in this case I do not think that a parent problem.

We hope that with all the junk I wrote above you can solve an idea for your problem ... Good luck!

Was that the problem with the monitor, the software should not be affected, ie, operating system, etc.
You can by a virus, etc. are used
or if damage to other software.
Scan with your antivirus, update the video driver to update your Windows) (auto-update, update the drivers for the motherboard, install each piece of software or hardware can be installed just before get around this problem, try to restore a system.
If nothing works in a different kind of computer to get rid of this problem.
Bye

It does not look like a software problem ..

But it seems that the monitor is turned off .. try to change that and to monitor whether the computer is working with them. If she does buy, remove video card, click it and a new one.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Take it to the store.

The monitor definitely, that the monitor should be replaced every 2-3 years. There is nothing wrong with you if your computer is so old that your monitor is only because of their age, which of itself and grow slower because they grow like an animal or a person

He did not specify what type of computer that works, or specifications. Sounds like the monitor is dying, but if you are using an older computer, try to too many tasks that will freeze UPS. I doubt it has something to do with the motherboard. If you have a separate VGA card, this could be a source of the problem. Try to go to the website of the VGA card manufacturer and updates. The office is half and half of the IE page tells me there is not enough RAM for all the tasks running, please see the attachment. Moreover, since a lot of noise just sounds like the hard drive to fail. To be done, the time to safeguard the unity and better?

The only way to know for sure is to monitor on another PC, or you try to treat your monitor to another. This should allow what is to blame.

Some things could be. Such as loose, broken cables, loose cards, bad drivers, etc.
